Live 3-part series · Ages 3-6
The Bedtime Workshop for Ages 3-6, led by Jillian Kozlowski, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with a Masters in Psychology
Starts Wednesday, Oct 21 · 10 AM MT / 12 PM ET · Replays included

You moved your child to a big kid bed and expected sweet dreams. Instead you get ten trips to the door, "one more sip of water," a hug that turns into an hour of lying there, and a 5 AM wake-up. You're not doing anything wrong. Nobody showed you what to do instead.
Your 3-6 year old doesn't need you to lay with them. They need to believe they're okay alone, and that confidence is something you can teach.
PART 1 · Wed, Oct 21 · 10 AM MT / 12 PM ET
Why sleep unravels at this age, the right schedule, a bedtime routine that sticks, and all of the positive behavioral strategies to build connection and confidence, with resources to go with them.
PART 2 · Wed, Oct 28 · 10 AM MT / 12 PM ET
How to introduce the plan with a family meeting and social story, the stay-in-bed plan, how to step back gradually, and exactly what to say when your child pushes back.
PART 3 · Wed, Nov 4 · 10 AM MT / 12 PM ET
Tackle all the tricky situations that can keep your child waking at night (night wakings, bed-hopping, and 5 AM wake-ups) with a clear plan for what to say and do so your child can get themselves back to sleep.
$99 for all three sessions (usually $1,100 for 1-on-1 support).
Parents of 3-6 year olds in a big kid bed who want bedtime to be shorter, calmer, and something their child can do on their own. If your child is under 3 or still in a crib, this series isn't the right fit yet.

I'm a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with an M.A. in Applied Experimental Psychology, and a mom myself. I started Snooze Baby Co. in 2020 after my own hard experience with infant sleep. I created this series to give parents the same strategies I use in my 1:1 consultations, with the psychology behind each step so you can adjust when real life gets messy.
Replays of every session are included.
I recommend all three, in order, since each one builds on the last. But with replays, you can catch up on your own schedule.
If your child is 2.5-3, these strategies can apply, but they are a little harder to guarantee success at that age developmentally. If your child is still in a crib, Roadmap to Rest or 1-on-1 support is a great fit! Either way, we have a path to work together.
Absolutely! You can send your specific questions before each session and I'll answer as many as I can live, and I'll also leave time in every session for live Q&A, too.
Join the series and give your child the confidence to fall asleep on their own.
