It doesn’t feel like long ago that I was hanging on by a thread, feeling like we had tried everything to help our daughter sleep well.
I knew something needed to change but had no idea how we could get the rest we all needed. And partly, I didn’t think I needed any outside support. Sleep was supposed to be something I could figure out…

I am a wife and mother to 2 kiddos, a toddler daughter and baby boy, as well as a 90lb Great Pyrenees mix, Chip.
Some of my biggest weaknesses are coffee shops (chai tea latte please!), live music, dancing, any body of water (I grew up on the Gulf of Mexico), and spending time with my family. I love laughing and making others laugh. My husband says I’m like an overtired toddler when I get my silly/goofy energy at the end of the night before bed.
Supporting parents is truly my passion, and I absolutely love what I do!
I have spent my whole life leading to this work without even knowing it.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology. I have vast knowledge in behavioral and developmental psychology, including teaching university-level coursework in Human Development, with extensive knowledge of attachment theory. I know the research around secure attachment and parenting, and I can guide you in an individualized approach that will prioritize your child’s needs.
